How much does IVF treatment cost?
The honest answer: it depends on you. This page explains what determines the price, which items you should see listed separately in a proposal, and how to get a personal quote.
Why is there no single figure on the site?
The same treatment costs different amounts for two patients: medication doses depend on age and ovarian reserve, some couples need additional procedures, and some tests have already been done. Quoting everyone one number either misleads someone or creates “surprise extras”. Instead, after the consultation you receive a written, itemised proposal.
What determines the price?
Medication protocol
The dose and duration of ovarian stimulation drugs depend on age, reserve and previous response. Medication is the most variable item.
Additional procedures
Surgical sperm retrieval (TESE), embryo freezing and storage, and genetic testing (PGT) are added only when needed.
Tests
Some of the tests required for the first assessment may already have been done; valid results are not repeated.
What to clarify when reading a proposal
A written proposal should make it clear which of the items below are included and which are charged separately. Ask, and get the answer in writing.
